How You Can Participate:                                                       

Hole Sponsorship (Includes Signage at Hole) — $100 Donation

Tee Box Sponsorship (Includes Signage at Tee) — $50 Donation

Team and Individual Fees — Entrant Fee ($75 per person or $300 per team) Includes: Light luncheon prior to the event begins at 11:30 and 18 holes of golf in a scramble format starts at 1PM. Team prizes are $300 for first place, $100 for second place and $75 for third place.

Hole In One Contest sponsored by Blank's Insurance Agency - Grand prize $10,000 with ancillary prizes for any player acing a non-target par three, such as Visa Gift Cards, 4K HDTVs, and Callaway golf equipment.
